Despite the pros and cons of loans to England that are coming out of Washington, Hollywood isn’t hesitating to deal with England in exchanging motion pictures and players on a lend-lease basis. Here, for instance, is Patricia Roc, British beauty who came to the United States to take a role in Universal’s Technicolor picture, ‘Canyon Passage’, which Walter Wanger is producing.
