Scottish-American soldier Sandy Menzies returns to his ancestral home in Scotland, where he becomes the laird of a glen.
Ignoring customs and rules, the stubborn man closes a road that runs through his property, angering the locals.
An incendiary battle of wills develops, with the townspeople committing acts of revenge against the laird. The dispute must be solved – before it escalates even further...
