American twin brothers John and Andrew Connor spent most of 1952 as soldiers in Korea. Once or twice a week, their brother Charles would send them typewritten letters of news on the home front.

June 16th, 1952, saw Charles writing to his brothers with his review of the film, Honours Easy (1935), starring Margaret Lockwood, Patric Knowles and Greta Nissen.
